Where we ship

We ship within the United States. For other destinations, email support@banshee-llegues.com before you order.

Carriers and tracking

Bikes ship with FedEx, DHL or UPS. As soon as your order ships, we email you the tracking number and a link to the carrier's official tracking page. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page.

Shipping cost

Any shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay, and you are charged exactly the total shown. If no shipping fee is shown, we agree delivery with you before the bike leaves and never charge anything you did not agree to.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. We give you an estimate before the bike ships, and the carrier's tracking page shows live updates.

Pickup instead of shipping

You can collect your bike from 13 Pavonia Ave, Kearny, NJ 07032, USA. Bring a valid photo ID.

Damage in transit

Inspect the bike when it arrives and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Email support@banshee-llegues.com with photos within 48 hours so we can open a claim with the carrier.
