Cancellations

Until your bike ships or is collected, you can cancel by emailing support@banshee-llegues.com with your order number. We refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Returns

Bikes are large, titled vehicles, so we do not accept returns for a change of mind once a bike has been delivered or collected.

If something is wrong

If the bike you receive is not as described in its listing, email support@banshee-llegues.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with you on a repair, a partial refund, or a return with a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe or PayPal. Your bank or PayPal decides when it shows on your statement, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
