Track an order

Use the Track Order page with the order number from your confirmation email. Once your bike ships, it links to the official FedEx, DHL or UPS tracking page.

Paying safely

We take online payments only in our checkout, by card through Stripe or with PayPal. In-person payments only happen at pickup at 13 Pavonia Ave, Kearny, NJ 07032, USA. We never ask for payment by gift card, wire transfer, cryptocurrency or payment apps, and we never ask for card details by email, phone or chat. If anyone does, it is not us: tell us at support@banshee-llegues.com.
