At USA Pallets Liquidators, we aim to ensure transparency and fairness in every transaction. Please review our return and refund guidelines below before placing an order.
📦 Returns
Due to the nature of liquidation pallets and wholesale goods, all sales are generally final. Items are sold as-is, and returns are only accepted under specific conditions such as:
- Incorrect item delivered
- Severe damage not disclosed at the time of sale
- Missing items that were listed in the order description
All return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are only issued after inspection and approval of the returned item (when applicable). If approved:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days maximum
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side
🚚 Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used pallets
- Clearance or final-sale stock
- Items damaged after delivery
- Orders without valid proof of issue

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
