1985 Honda ATC 350X

This 1985 Honda ATC 350X reportedly was in storage for approximately two decades prior to being acquired by the current owner in 2025. A subsequent refurbishment included overhauling the 350cc four-stroke single, carburetor, suspension, disc brakes, and more, as well as refinishing the frame in red, the fuel tank in white, and replacing the clutch, drive chain, tires, disc brake rotors, and assorted wear components as outlined in the build sheet in the gallery. Finished in red with multi-colored graphics, shifting is through a manual clutch and six-speed transmission, and additional details include a DG Performance exhaust, a kick starter,  a thumb-operated throttle, and trail lighting with twin headlights. This ATC 350X is now offered at no reserve in Wisconsin for off-road use only with a build sheet, refurbishment photos, records, parts, and a registration in the seller’s name.

The frame was refinished in red, the steel fuel tank in white with a replacement petcock, and matched with red bodywork and red, white, and blue graphics. Details include a blue vinyl solo seat, a rear grab bar, serrated folding foot pegs, front and rear skid plates, and trail lighting with twin rectangular headlights. The front fender is a replacement unit, and there is an imperfection in the rear fender just to the right of the back of the seat.

Staggered-diameter multi-piece wheels were disassembled, cleaned, and mounted with replacement tires under current ownership. Stopping power is provided by hydraulically-actuated discs mounted on the front wheel and rear axle. Suspension consists of a leading-axle 35mm front telescopic fork with blue rubber gaiters and an adjustable monoshock mounted to the swingarm. The seller states the fork, hub, swingarm, monoshock, and brake calipers were overhauled and the discs replaced, as outlined in the build sheet.

The tubular handlebar is finished in black, along with the controls, levers, and thumb throttle. The ATC was not equipped with an odometer, therefore total mileage is unknown.

Power is provided by an air-cooled 350cc four-stroke single that has a kick starter with a compression release and was overhauled with a replacement Wiseco standard-bore piston, rings, seals, oil pump seals, lapped valve seats, an overhauled carburetor, and more as outlined in the build sheet. Additional details include an oil cooler, four valves, an automatic camshaft chain tensioner, and a polished DG Performance two-into-one exhaust system, which exits high under the rear bodywork.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a manual clutch, a six-speed transmission, and a drive chain. The clutch, drive chain, and assorted rear axle components were replaced as noted in the build sheet.

This ATC 350X does not have a title, as it is registered in a state that does not issue titles for vehicles of its type. It is being sold on its registration.
